Shipping Information
At NeatDrive, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.
Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery in real time.
Delivery Time:
Most orders are delivered within 7–15 business days across Canada and the United States.
Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, holidays, or high-volume periods.
Shipping Charges:
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 CAD.
Orders below that amount will have a small shipping fee calculated at checkout.
Lost or Delayed Packages:
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 business days, please contact us at contact@neatdrive.ca with your order number.
We’ll work with our logistics partners to resolve the issue promptly.
Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.
Eligibility for Returns:
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@neatdrive.ca.
To qualify for a return or replacement:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or order number must be provided.
Return Process:
- Email us at contact@neatdrive.ca within 14 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, photos (if applicable), and reason for return.
- Once approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions.
Please note: Return shipping costs may apply unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If you haven’t received your refund after this period, please check with your bank or payment provider — sometimes processing times vary.
Order Cancellations
We can only cancel orders that haven’t been shipped yet.
If you’d like to cancel, please email us at contact@neatdrive.ca as soon as possible.
Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but you may still be eligible for a return once it arrives.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at contact@neatdrive.ca with clear photos and your order number.
We’ll send a replacement or arrange a refund at no additional cost to you.
