1. Where do you ship from?

We proudly ship all orders from our trusted partner warehouses located in Canada and internationally, depending on stock availability.
This allows us to offer the best prices while ensuring reliable delivery to customers across Canada and the U.S.


2. How long does shipping take?

Most orders are delivered within 7–15 business days across Canada and the United States.
You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Please note: Shipping times may vary slightly during holidays or peak seasons.


3. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 CAD.
Orders below that amount will have a small shipping fee calculated at checkout.


4. How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your package’s journey in real time.


5. What is your return policy?

Your satisfaction is our priority.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us at contact@neatdrive.ca within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging for a return to be accepted.


6. What payment methods do you accept?

7. Are your products tested for quality?

Absolutely. Every product we offer is individually tested for quality and functionality before being shipped to customers.

8. Can I cancel or change my order?

If you need to make changes, please email us at contact@neatdrive.ca as soon as possible.
Once your order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to modify it, but we’ll do our best to help.


9. Do you ship outside of Canada and the U.S.?

At this time, we ship to Canada and the United States only.
We’re working on expanding to more countries soon!
